We remain unconvinced with the looks of the McLaren Senna, but millionaires continue to clamor over the track-focused hypercar and are willing to pay exceptional premiums for the car. This Senna, for example, is looking for a new home in the UK, but doesn’t come cheap.
When McLaren announced the Senna in 2017, it carried a £750,000 ($955,000) price tag in the UK. The Senna sold out despite this sky-high price, though some owners simply can’t ignore demand for the vehicle and have started to flip them.
This particular Senna has been listed for sale by Gibson Motorsport in the UK with an asking price of £1.05 million ($1.336 million) on James Edition. It has been outfitted with a series of upgrades from McLaren Special Operations, but to our eyes, isn’t the most attractive example we’ve come across.
The paint of the hypercar immediately makes it stand out. Dubbed Ceramic Grey, the finish almost looks like a light shade of purple under certain lights. As with most other Sennas, the paint has been matched with gloss carbon fiber parts while bright gold wheels give the vehicle a unique flair.
At the time of the listing, the car had covered just 14 miles (22 km) and is one of just 70 examples being built in right-hand drive which, naturally, makes it a rare sight.
