The 2019 Geneva Motor Show is exactly two weeks away, and automakers are currently making the final preparations for the biggest automotive event of the spring. Most of them anyway, as some will abstain. Subaru will be there, though, and will unveil the Viziv Adrenaline Concept.
As far as we can tell by the dark teaser image released by the Japanese company, the new Viziv Adrenaline appears to be a small crossover. It appears to have a three-door body style, the brand’s grille at the front flanked by a couple of futuristic headlights with integrated LED DRLs, and a muscular hood. The wheel arches are very prominent, the traditional side mirrors have been replaced by a couple of cameras and there’s a generous ground clearance.

In Subaru slang, Viziv means ‘Vision for Innovation’, so could this mean that the new Adrenaline show car serves as a preview for a possible future product? The automaker hasn’t said anything else about it, except that it will be unveiled at the press briefing, which kicks off at 10:45 AM CET (4:45 EST) on March 5 at their Geneva booth, which will also host “two electrified models equipped with e-Boxer” destined for the European market.
Other Viziv concept cars presented by Subaru over the years were the Viziv-7, which previewed the Ascent, the Viziv Performance STI, believed to offer a glimpse into the next WRX STI, and the Viziv Tourer, thought to preview a future production station wagon.
