Audi unveiled the facelifted 2020 A4 last week and ThomasGeigerCar had the opportunity to take an up-close look at the new range.
With an all-new BMW 3-Series generation and a new Mercedes-Benz C-Class just around the corner, Audi had to make a series of updates to its compact premium saloon to keep it up-to-date with its rivals.
As such, the 2020 A4 comes equipped with LED headlights and optional Matrix LED headlights, as well as different taillights, as standard.

Inside, the facelifted Audi A4 family has received with the car manufacturer’s latest MMI infotainment system which includes a 10.1-inch touch display with acoustic feedback. There are also three different gauge clusters available, the most expensive of which is Audi’s all-digital Virtual Cockpit Plus.
Among the models set to be offered in Europe are the A4 35 TFSI with 147 hp, the A4 TDI with 227 hp, the 2.0 TDI with 187 hp, a 2.0 TFSI with 241 hp, and a 3.0 TDI offering up 227 hp. The S4 is available with two different engines; a 3.0-liter turbocharged petrol six with 349 hp and 368 lb-ft of torque and a 3.0-liter diesel V6 offering up 342 hp and 516 lb-ft.
Order books for the new Audi A4 will open in Europe later this month.
