The newly-unveiled SF90 Stradale is Ferrari’s second electrified hypercar, after the LaFerrari. Its predecessor was made in two body styles, coupe and roadster (aka Aperta), so does this mean that we should expect similar things from the new supercar too?
We would be tempted to say ‘yes’, although there’s no info whatsoever about a possible SF90 Stradale Spider (or would it be SF90 Spider?) version just yet. Which is understandable, since the model was just unveiled. Either way, it’s quite easy to imagine how it would look like, and Aksyonov Nikita renderings has already come up with his own proposal.

The digital image shows the obvious; that is, an SF90 Stradale with an open-top view of the sky above.
Chopping the roof off the SF90 Stradale to create the Spider variant would require some reinforcement, which would add a few kilograms to the car’s 1,570 kg (3,461 lbs) dry weight. This would inevitably affect the 2.5-second 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) acceleration by a tenth or two, and top speed would probably drop a bit from the Coupe’s 340 km/h (211 mph).
The SF90 Stradale has a combined system output of 1,000 PS (986 hp / 735 kW) from a powertrain consisting of a 4.0-liter, turbocharged V8and three electric motors, two on the front axle and one between the V8 and the 8-speed DCT. It has a zero-emission range of up to 25 km (16 miles) provided by the 7.9 kWh battery, and when driven on electric power alone, the SF90 is actually front-wheel drive.
