Order books for the Kia Stinger have opened in the United Kingdom, with the car scheduled to go on sale January 1, 2018.

It’s available in five versions, based on three trim grades and with three turbocharged engines. UK buyers can get one from as low as £31,995 ($42,845) in the base spec GT-Line.

For the money, customers will get to enjoy standard features such as the 8.0-inch touchscreen navigation system, Kia Connected Services with TomTom, leather upholstery, heated front seats with electric adjustment, 9-speaker sound system with under-seat subwoofer, and 18-inch alloy wheels.

The GT-Line also gets Active Bonnet, limited-slip differential, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, Driver Attention Warning, and Speed Limit Information.

The other two grades add full LED headlights, 18-/19-inch wheels, ventilated front seats, powered tailgate, Blind Spot Detection with Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and GT-S-only Brembo brakes, and electronic suspension with five modes and variable gear ratio steering, among others.

Both the GT-Line and GT-Line Scan be had with either a 2.0-liter four-cylinder T-GDi engine, rated at 244hp, or a 2.2-liter CRDi diesel that makes 197hp, and returns up to 50.4 UK mpg (42 US mpg / 5.6 l/100 km), while the GT-S is powered by a 3.3-liter V6 T-GDi engine, rated at 365hp. All models have rear-wheel drive and an 8-speed automatic transmission, with five different shift and throttle programs, and manual control.
