Gearing up to the market launch of the Urus, Lamborghini expanded its factory in Sant’Agata Bolognese from 80,000 square meters (95,679 square yards) to 160,000 square meters (191,358 square yards). Included in the expanded factory is a state-of-the-art paint shop featured in the video below.

The paint shop is huge and combines the skills of highly-trained staff with advanced robots to ensure the perfect paint finish for every surface of every Lamborghini to roll in and out of the paint shop.

According to the marque, its new paint shop allows it to offer “infinite color options” through its standard, special, matte, and Ad Personam paint programs.
Ordering a Lamborghini from the factory is something only a few thousand people worldwide get to do every year, and doing so isn’t cheap. If customers select bespoke paint schemes, prices can skyrocket to truly frightening levels.
