After moving more than 42,000 units since its UK launch in January of 2017, the Citroen C3 has become the French automaker’s best-selling model in Britain.
This is why starting this October, the C3 range will be simplified so as to reflect UK consumers’ desire for upmarket features. For starters, the entry-level ‘Touch’ trim level will be discontinued from the range, along with the ‘Feel Nav Edition’.
Meanwhile, ‘Flair’ and ‘Flair Nav Edition’ models will be replaced with the ‘Flair Plus’, cutting the total number of trim levels from six to just three: Feel, Origins and Flair Plus.
The entry-level ‘Feel’ will feature 16-inch ‘Matrix’ alloy wheels, MirrorScreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Lane Departure Warning, automatic air-conditioning, 7-inch touchscreen display and a choice of four optional roof colors.
Opt instead for the Origins Collector’s Edition and you’ll get a black bi-tone roof, Airbump panels and a bespoke interior ambiance. This version of the C3 also comes with the exclusive ‘Origins’ exterior color pack, accented with bronze highlights and graphics inside and out.

As for the new ‘Flair Plus’ versions, they get the ConnectedCAM integrated camera system, Citroen Connected Nav, leather steering wheel, color reversing camera, dark tinted rear windows and the ‘Urban Red’ interior ambiance.
Last but not least, there are a few technical changes worth mentioning, such as the introduction of a high efficiency alternator, an air inlet shutter and a host of hidden underbody panels to reduce drag.
Pricing for the updated Citroen C3 range in the UK will kick off from £15,860 ($19,289) for the entry-level PureTech 83 S&S manual version in Feel trim, whereas the top-of-the-range Flair Plus can set you back as much as £20,145 ($24,500) if you opt for the PureTech 110 S&S automatic model.
