Next month’s Silverstone Auctions event will feature a menacing-looking 2005 Porsche Carrera GT and a 1977 Ferrari 512 BB, which together could be worth roughly $1 million.

The Porsche is finished in Bassalt Black and comes with a matching black interior, as well as just 4,300 miles (6,920 km) on the clock. It also features the full carbon pack, a custom Porsche luggage set and full-body paint protection. Its estimated value is anywhere between £600,000 to £650,000 ($734,000 – $795,000).

Then there’s the Ferrari, which was launched back in 1976 at the Paris Auto Show. Its name comes from the fact that it’s powered by a 5.0-liter 12-cylinder boxer engine (512), while the BB stands for Berlinetta Boxer.

Only 929 units were ever built, of which only 101 were right-hand-drive. As you can see, this is one of those 101 RHD units.

Boasting a classic Rosso over Nero color combo, this 1977 model has been in private ownership since 2012 and has covered 33,500 miles (53,913 km). Its estimated value is somewhere between £190,000 and £220,000 ($232,000 – $270,000).

“These are two fabulous cars for our Sale of Ferraris and Porsche. Both of them are special in their own right,” said Silverstone Auctions manager Harry Whale.

“The Carrera GT is particularly special with the V10 engine. Who knows if Porsche will ever produce an engine like this again, so this presents a superb opportunity for someone to own one of these exceptional hypercars. Both the Ferrari BB and the Porsche are in a condition that would be hard to match with such low mileage in the current market.”

The auction will kick off on Saturday, September 21th.
