You can buy some pretty superb used Hondas for $12,000 including the iconic S2000. But, if one of the finest sports cars of its time doesn’t float your boat, perhaps this 1991 Honda Accord Wagon will.
The car is currently up for sale in Naperville, Illinois from Gold Coast Motors and has a classified ad price on eBay of $11,900. Is it worth that much? We’re not convinced but there are probably some Accord fanatics out there who think it is.

Both the interior and exterior of the wagon appear to be in superb shape with glistening teal paint and a tan cloth cabin. There are also silver hub caps that help make the car look like it has just rolled off the production line. For a car of this vintage and with such a high price tag, one may expect it to have virtually no mileage on the clock. That’s not the case. In fact, it has 33,726 miles (54,276 km) under its belt.
Power is provided by a 2.2-liter four-cylinder engine mated to an automatic transmission and we’ve got no doubt that the car will soldier on for decades to come if it is well maintained. But, would you really be willing to pay this much for an Accord?
We also can’t help but point out just how weird it is to see this Accord on display at a dealership with a Lamborghini Gallardo in the background, various Porsche 911s, a pair of Mk4 Toyota Supras, and an Acura NSX. Perhaps we’re missing something and the Accord Wagon will be considered a classic like the NSX in the decades to come?
