With the facelifted Audi S4 lineup finally launching in Europe, ABT Sportsline got its hands on a fast diesel-powered estate version and tuned it.
The most significant upgrade is the engine control unit applied to the 3.0-liter V6 TDI, which has unleashed an extra 37 PS (36 hp / 27 kW) and 60 Nm (44 lb-ft) of torque. The stock mill produces 347 PS (342 hp / 255 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque and rockets the S4 Avant to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.9 seconds.

That time has dropped to 4.7 seconds in the tuned variant, which makes it 0.1 seconds quicker than the standard S4 Sedan. ABT did not say anything about the top speed, which is electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph).
Revising the stance of the car are the aftermarket coilovers, which facilitate front and rear lowering of the body that varies between 15 and 40 mm (0.6-1.6 in), whereas the cornering has slightly been improved by the anti-roll bar. With the new suspension in place, ABT proceeded to add the final piece of the puzzle: the 20-inch alloy wheels, part of the GR series, with a matte black and diamond-machined finish. Other rims are also available for the latest S4 Avant, with different patterns and 19 or 20 inches in diameter.
The German tuner hasn’t touched the interior of this car, yet they could personalize it with different carbon fiber and leather add-ons, as well as special badging and the integrated entrance lights that project their logo onto the asphalt upon opening the door.
