If you want proof that people will literally try to sell you anything, than Craigslist is definitely the place to browse, which is where we found this 1991 poorly-modded Chevrolet Camaro.
In the ad, the seller specifies that they’re only interested in a trade, looking for either a “nice motorcycle or an old classic car that needs restoring.” But do you know what else needs restoring? Bumblebee’s not-so-smart looking cousin.
And to think that there’s actually nothing wrong nowadays with owning a factory-standard third generation Camaro – their design is truly iconic, provided you haven’t messed it up, of course.

Anyway, it’s clear that somebody went way too far while modding this 1991 model. From the front spoiler to the unnecessary hood wing, scoop, fake fender grilles and taillight covers, all the way to the Lamborghini badges, Countach-like rear wing and wheels, or the Ferrari Testarossa strakes on the doors, this is really too much.
And it’s not like it tries to be a replica or something; all these parts seem haphazardly thrown at the poor Chevy.
Then there’s the interior, which does feature a pair of torso-hugging sports seats, additional pillar-mounted gauges, and of course an old, full-sized PC keyboard because… who knows? It’s probably how one envisioned the future would be – or else they were watching a certain TV show starring a “clever” car back in the 1980s.
Well, the mods might not be to our liking, and most of them are (hopefully) reversible, biut at least you can probably watch some Knight Rider on that touchscreen multimedia display.
