The Mini Convertible is the only open-top model in the premium small car segment and the British marque has decided to make it a little more special with a new edition dubbed the ‘Sidewalk.’
Presented here in Deep Laguna blue, the 2020 Mini Convertible Sidewalk is also available in Midnight Black metallic, White Silver metallic, Enigmatic Black metallic, Moonwalk Grey metallic and Thunder Grey metallic. No matter what color customers opt for, the wing mirrors are painted in the same color as the body.
Elsewhere, the special edition model comes standard with bespoke 17-inch Scissor Spoke two-tone wheels and badges with the ‘Sidewalk’ designation.
As for the interior, it comes complete with brushed aluminum door sills bearing the same ‘Sidewalk’ lettering, while the seats are wrapped in anthracite-colored leather with contrasting seams in Petrol and Energetic Yellow. There is also a sports leather steering wheel, braided piping, floor mats with bright accents and backlit decorative trim on the passenger side in Piano Black with silver accents.

Topping out the range is a 192 hp four-cylinder petrol in the Mini Cooper S Convertible Sidewalk. All engines come standard with a six-speed manual, but a dual-clutch seven-speed Steptronic transmission is available.
