The 2020 Ford Shelby Mustang Super Snake is an absolute animal and this widebody derivative rendered by artist Hugo Silva Designs is particularly impressive.

Eager to make a Super Snake that would be sure to turn even more heads than the standard car, the rendering artist created a custom bodykit. The most eye-catching parts of the bodykit are the flared front and rear wheel arches that provide the ‘Stang with a bold new look and aggressive stance.

Elsewhere, the digital tune features an overhauled front fascia with a new grille seemingly inspired by the RTR Mustangs and a new bumper and splitter package. The pony car is sitting on a set of aftermarket five-spoke silver wheels and has been fitted with a towering rear wing to help suck the rear wheels into the pavement during high-speed track sessions.

While the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is the craziest Mustang you’ll see rolling out of a Ford factory, the Shelby Super Snake is even more extreme. In standard guise, its supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine pumps out 710 hp but customers looking for some added grunt can opt for an upgrade package that bumps power up to 825 horses.

While the car created by Hugo Silva Designs probably has a rear wing large enough to help keep that 825 hp under control, the exceptionally low front splitter and side skirts would likely prevent the car from being driven too fast on ordinary roads if a tuner ever made it a reality.
