A small shop in Thailand by the name of P.S. Modify is responsible for building some of the most weird replica supercars and hypercars on the country’s streets. In the video below, we get to see what the company is all about.

The company is particularly well versed in modifying Toyota MR2s and recently modified the Japanese sports car into a replica of the Lamborghini Veneno Roadster. While the proportions are way off from a real Veneno, the bold body panels actually appear to be quite well made. There are even custom-made headlights with LED daytime running lights and unlike the real Veneno Roadster, this replica actually has a functional folding roof.

One of the other MR2-based replicas featured takes after the LaFerrari and includes front and rear fascias to mimic those of Ferrari’s hybrid hypercar. The car even features Brembo brake calipers although it’s hard to believe they’re actually legitimate. This LaFerrari replica also has Lamborghini-style scissor doors.

P.S. Modify doesn’t just work on Toyota MR2s as a Honda Prelude-based Ferrari F12 Berlinetta replica is also showcased. That particular car is painted brown and while the front mimics a Ferrari F12, the rear-end looks as though it’s been inspired by a Lykan.

Buying a fully-specced replica from P.S. Modify isn’t exactly cheap. In fact, a lookalike Lamborghini Veneno Roadster based on the Toyota MR2 is said to cost the equivalent of $36,000, a lot of money in Thailand. However, that is chump change compared to the original $4.5 million MSRP of the Veneno Roadster.
