Limited-edition Porsche 911 models may be a dime a dozen but this lovely 2016 911 Carrera GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition is one that stands out from the pack.
Porsche built this limited-run model to celebrate the Rennsport Reunion V at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in California. Only 25 units were ever manufactured and this example from Marshall Goldman in Cleveland has just 41 miles (66 km) on the clock – which is essentially, delivery mileage, making it new, with an asking price of $178,900.

The Rennsport Reunion was conceived by the then head of media relations for Porsche North America, Bob Carlsen, as well as former Porsche factory driver Brian Redman as an event catered towards Porsche enthusiasts and celebrating the brand’s most iconic road and race cars. It has been held six times since 2001.
Each of the 25 911 Carrera GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition models left the factory painted Fashion Grey, a Paint to Sample color that dates back to the original 356. The car also sports black and red stripes and a set of gloss black 20-inch Sport Classic wheels.
Inside, the car also includes illuminated carbon fiber door sills with Rennsport Reunion identification, the GTS interior package with red stitching, rear ParkAssist, 18-way adjustable sports seats, a red tachometer, Sport Design steering wheel, Alcantara-clad shift knob, Sport Chrono package, navigation, a Bose audio package, and more.
Power is provided by a 3.8-liter naturally-aspirated flat-six engine that produces 430 hp and is mated to a six-speed manual transmission. When unveiled in September 2015, the car had a sticker price of $148,335 but 12 months ago, one example sold at an RM Sotheby’s auction for $201,600 so clearly buyers view it as a future collectible and are willing to pay a premium.
