Does anyone really need an even more powerful version of the already super-fast Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk? Heck no! Would they want it? Heck yes!

If you’re part of the latter, then this news will interest you, because O.CT got together with the super SUV once again, equipping it with their Stage 2 upgrade.

The tuned Grand Cherokee Trackhawk brags about having 875 HP (888 PS / 653 kW) and 738 lb-ft (1,000 Nm) of torque. As a result, the nought to 62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint takes 3.0 seconds, 0.7 seconds quicker than the stock model, and top speed stands at more than 186 mph (300+ km/h), a 6 mph (10 km/h) improvement.

Speaking about ‘stock’, it’s worth reminding that the Trackhawk’s 6.2-liter supercharged V8 produces 707 HP (716 PS / 527 kW) and 645 lb-ft (875 Nm) of torque straight from the factory floor.

Should the Stage 2 upgrade be a little too much for you, you could perhaps choose the Stage 1 from the same tuning company, which lets go of the supercharger pulley kit and the enhanced transmission software, and retains only the modified ECU. The result in this case is 807 HP (819 PS / 602 kW) and 701 lb-ft (950 Nm), which should be enough to rocket the SUV from 0 to 62 mph (0-100 km/h) in around 3.5 seconds, or perhaps a bit less.

Now, O.CT chose to keep the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk project plain and simple, resuming to the hardware mods only, so you won’t find any weird body kits and stuff like that, which is a refreshing departure from most tuners’ practice, don’t you agree?
