If you’re in the market for a low mileage BMW 7-Series E32, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better example than this one located in Poland.
Driven just 482 miles (775 km) over the past 28 years, the car looks pristine and has an interesting story behind it.
According to the seller, the car was ordered from a German dealership by a customer in the United Kingdom. They reportedly did this to get the car quicker, but it wasn’t fast enough as the buyer passed away before the 7-Series was delivered.

Following the death of the buyer, the dealership decided to hold onto the car in case any heirs decided to claim it. The dealer kept the car in heated storage for 23 years, before it was acquired by its current owner in 2015.

Given that the car has been in storage for most of its life, it’s not surprising the 7-Series looks virtually brand new. The undercarriage appears rust free and the paint job looks immaculate. However, the seller notes there are some “light scratches and age marks.”
The interior is also in remarkable condition as it shows no signs of use. That being said, the cabin is a “bit dusty” and the model doesn’t have its radio installed. The blue upholstery also isn’t for everyone.
The listing is light on specifics, but since this is a 740i, it is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 that produces 282 hp (210 kW / 286 PS) and 295 lb-ft (400 Nm) of torque. It’s connected to a five-speed automatic transmission which sends power to the rear wheels.
The car is currently being auctioned on Catawiki where bidding is at €7,805 ($8,783 / £7,013). However, the reserve hasn’t been met and the dealership has the vehicle listed on their website for €43,900 ($52,700 / £39,000) or best offer.
