It’s been nearly a decade since Saab, as we knew it, died but the company produced hundreds of thousands of vehicles before that happened.
One of them is this 1994 900 S Convertible which is currently listed on eBay with a buy it now price of $14,500 (£11,555 / €12,863).
That’s a lot of a money for a 26 year old convertible, but there’s a good reason for the heavy price tag. The model has only been driven 20,930 miles (33,683 km) since new.

According to the seller, the car was owned by an older woman who didn’t drive much and had it stored in her garage for the past ten years. This helped to keep the car in amazing condition as the paint job appears flawless and even the logos – which are notorious for fading – look brand new. The top also appears to be in decent shape, but it has been replaced by an “OEM spec” roof sometime in the past.
Unsurprisingly, the interior is also in good shape as nearly everything looks like it did when the model rolled off the assembly line. The seller says everything works including the cruise control system which is “very rare to find working in a Saab 900 of this age.” That being said, the interior isn’t perfect as there’s a “split by [the] driver’s side speaker” and the original radio has been replaced by an aftermarket unit.
The listing is light on performance specs, but the car has a 2.1-liter engine that presumably produces 138 hp (103 kW / 140 PS). It’s connected to a five-speed manual transmission which reportedly “shifts like brand new.”
