Michael Fux is a well-known car collector who commissions most of his highly expensive vehicles in his own paint known as Fux Fuchsia.
This special shade was first developed by Rolls-Royce for the businessman, with other carmakers, including McLaren, following suit and using the same hue for Fux’s cars.
The latest carmaker to join the group is Hispano Suiza, which will build a very special Carmen for Fux, a.k.a. the ‘Mattress Mogul’. The car is previewed on social media by both the company and the owner, who accompanied the photos with the following caption: “Thought I needed to shake up the car game a bit.”

His Instagram post also mentions that Hispano Suiza will deliver the highly-personalized Carmen hyper GT to him in March 2021. The Barcelona-based company also previewed the car on its Facebook page.
“We are delighted to announce this exclusive order for Michael Fux, a very special Hispano Suiza Carmen. As you can see in these photos and as we’ve been saying, every model can be infinitely customized, so there will never be two identical Hispano Suizas!”

The photos, or rather CGIs, are pretty self-explanatory, but it’s worth noting that the Fux Fuchsia exterior paint is combined with copper accents on the grille, wheels, mirror caps, window surrounds, and doors. Inside, Michael Fux’s Carmen will feature the special fuchsia hue on the steering wheel, door panels, headliner, carpets and more. There are copper accents too on the center console, dashboard and door panels.
While everyone is entitled to an opinion when it comes to styling, one thing is absolutely certain: this Hispano Suiza Carmen certainly won’t go unnoticed.
