Polestar’s first electric model the 2, is the closest thing to a Tesla Model 3 challenger that one can get in the market today.
Following in the footsteps of the 1 hybrid sports coupe, it’s put together in China, at Geely’s Luqiao factory, and from there it is shipped all over the world.
In the United States, it has a starting price of $59,900, which makes it almost $3,000 more expensive than the Tesla Model 3 Performance. However, unlike its direct rival, it is eligible for the full federal tax credit in some states as the brand has yet to exhaust through its electrified car sales.
