One might argue that the Ferrari 812 Superfast has a pretty silly unimaginative name, but this doesn’t detract from the fact that it is a magnificent piece of machinery that will go down in history as one of the last (and best) naturally aspirated V12-powered supercars.

The red example depicted here sports a few aftermarket mods that give it a personalized touch without ruining the looks. These are a lowered suspension signed by Novitec and new glossy black Vossen wheels, measuring 10×21 inches at the front and 12.5×22 inches at the rear.

Those two round up the changes made to Ferrari’s ultimate grand tourer. Then again, it isn’t as if the 812 Superfast needed more power, for example, as it stands true to its name by boasting 789 HP (800 PS / 588 kW) and 530 lb-ft (718 Nm) of torque from its 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12. Directing the output to the rear wheels is a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with short and very fast gear changes.

Despite having a curb weight of 3,845 pounds (1,744 kg), the F12 Berlinetta’s successor is blistering fast, as it can sprint from zero to 62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 2.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 211 mph (340 km/h).
