Infiniti introduced the QX60 Monograph concept last month, and now we’re getting a glimpse at the upcoming production model.

Posted by cars_secrets and noticed by Motor1, the image reveals an upscale interior which is far more luxurious than the current model. As you can see, the cabin is thoroughly modern as it features a free-standing infotainment system which resides above a leather-wrapped dashboard and slender air vents.

Further below, there’s a secondary display which is flanked by two knobs with metallic accents. These are presumably climate controls and it appears the knobs might have a digital temperature display in the center.

The model also has a floating center console with a sizable storage area underneath. We can also see a minimalist shifter, two cup holders and a small storage cubby which likely has a wireless smartphone charger.

Other highlights include wraparound metallic trim, perforated leather seats and stylized door panels. We can also see a steering wheel that appears almost identical to one used in the redesigned Nissan Rogue. While it isn’t visible, the crossover is also said to have a digital instrument cluster.

Besides providing a look inside the cabin, the post includes a short video of a lightly camouflaged prototype. Its design closely echoes the concept, but the power retractable door handles have been replaced by more conventional openers. We can also see a new shark fin antenna and a lightly revised rear bumper.

The post claims the crossover will be powered by a VC-Turbo engine, but that remains unconfirmed.  However, speculation has suggested the model will have a QX50-soruced 2.0-liter four-cylinder VC-Turbo with 268 hp (200 kW / 272 PS) and 280 lb-ft (379 Nm) of torque.

Of course, we’ll have to wait a bit to find out as Infiniti has confirmed the production model will be introduced next year.
