McLaren and Pendry Residences West Hollywood are joining forces to build a one-of-a-kind “super garage.”

Billed as an exclusive amenity for someone who buys a two-story penthouse known as Terrace Estate 608, the garage is larger than some homes as it spans 1,719 sq ft (159.7 sq m).

Dubbed “The Show Room,” the garage has a bathroom and space for up to five different vehicles. It also comes with a design allowance so the purchaser can customize the garage as they see fit. The company says this includes the “option to create the ultimate McLaren garage designed by EYRC Architecture in collaboration with McLaren Automotive.”

While the garage will be customizable, the rendering suggests it could have a circular display area for the pride and joy of your collection. We can see also sitting and entertainment areas as well as a stylish wet bar.

The garage is connected to the home by a private elevator and the latter apparently mimics the floor plan of Residence 605.  That residence spans 3,015 sq ft (280.1 sq m) and features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room and a 212 sq ft (19.7 sq m) outdoor terrace.

The residence and garage are being sold as a package for $16 (£12.1 / €13.5) million. That’s not pocket change, but the buyer will receive a one-year lease of a McLaren 765LT. While you don’t get to keep the car, McLaren noted the “With only 765 set to be available globally, and this year’s allocation already completely sold out, access to this model is truly extraordinary and an exclusive opportunity for one car enthusiast to add something very special to their collection.”

The automaker is also throwing in a McLaren Senna electric ride-on designed for kids. Introduced earlier this year, the model has a push-button ignition and an infotainment system that plays music from USB sticks or SD cards.
