Land Rover has launched the 2021 Range Rover Evoque in the U.S. with new gear and five trim levels.
Prices range between $43,300 and $53,400 (excluding a $1,050 destination and delivery charge and dealer fees) for the base S P250 and the range-topping R-Dynamic HSE P250 respectively, with all versions packing a 246 HP and 269 lb-ft (365 Nm) of torque 2.0-liter turbo-four.
For the new model year, the Evoque comes with the new Pivi Pro infotainment system. It is underpinned by the architecture that debuted in the new Defender, uses Snapdragon processors and QNX operating system, and features two embedded Qualcomm LTE modems, including one for the over-the-air updates.
Standard across the range, the infotainment allows two smartphones to be connected via Bluetooth at once and is highly customizable. It also features smartphone integration alongside a water-resistant, wrist-worn Active Key, and a new wireless charging pad with signal boosting. The British SUV can also be ordered with a new cabin air filtration system.
Other novelties include the new three-spoke steering wheel with capacitive buttons, revised front seats and new interior trim. The cockpit can be upgraded with the Premium Upgrade Interior Pack, which features illuminated treadplates, bright metal pedals, ebony suede/cloth headliner and premium lighting.
The Advanced Driver Assistance suite of safety gear now includes the new Rear Collision Monitor and the standard 3D surround camera lets drivers see what is happening outside at speeds of up to 19 mph (31 km/h). The systems complement the optional ClearSight Ground View4 and ClearSight Rear View Mirror4.5 introduced last year.
Two new exterior colors have been introduced as well, the Portofino Blue and Lantau Bronze, alongside 18-inch five split-spoke glossy black wheels.
