In recent years, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has fitted its 6.2-liter supercharged Hellcat V8 into the likes of the Dodge Durango, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the Ram 1500 pickup. So, how about putting it to the Chrysler Pacifica as well?
The car manufacturer itself has previously toyed with the idea as, back in 2016, FCA’s own Ralph Gilles sketched out a Hellcat-variant of the Pacifica minivan. Sadly, such a vehicle has yet to happen, but that hasn’t stopped Abimelec Design from imagining what a Pacifica Hellcat might look like.
Up front, the minivan has been rendered with a distinctive fascia that includes a blacked-out grille sporting an SRT badge. There is also an enlarged secondary grille and two additional air intakes incorporated into the beefed-up bumper, as well as a large intake on the hood to help feed the engine with cool air.
Elsewhere, the designer has given the Pacifica flared wheel arches that accommodate a set of matte black SRT wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires.
If FCA were to ever make a Pacifica Hellcat for the road, we think it would be a good idea to make it all-wheel drive as both the Challenger and Charger variants sometimes have trouble putting their power to the tarmac. With 707 hp on tap and all-wheel drive, this most crazed of minivans could conceivably hit 60 mph (96 km/h) in under 4 seconds.
