Subsequent to its world tour, the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport has now arrived in Dubai, the largest city in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
However, this time it’s not just for show and tell purposes, as Bugatti will actually allow local customers to experience the hypercar from the driver’s seat.
“We wanted to personally present the Chiron Pur Sport to our loyal customers in the UAE, despite the Covid-19 pandemic. We will, of course, comply with the recommendations of the World Health Organization at the presentation”, said Bugatti President Stephan Winkelmann.

“The most agile member of the Chiron family demands more than just a theoretical explanation via video stream and digital video conference”, he added. “Customers must drive the Chiron Pur Sport and experience the incredible power and lateral dynamics for themselves.”
Unveiled at the beginning of the year, the Chiron Pur Sport boasts improved aerodynamics and refined mechanicals compared to the “regular” Chiron, which make it quicker despite the two having identical output and torque figures. The quad-turbo 8.0-liter W16 engine still delivers 1,500 PS (1,479 HP / 1,103 kW) and 1,600 Nm (1,180 lb-ft) of torque, but it can be revved up to 6,900 rpm, 200 rpm higher.
The 0 to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) sprint is dealt with in 2.3 seconds, a 0.1 second improvement, and the Pur Sport needs 5.5 seconds to hit 200 km/h (124 mph) from a standstill, or 0.6 seconds quicker, while flat out it will do 350 km/h (217 mph).
Built at Bugatti’s Molsheim factory in France, production of the Chiron Pur Sport is limited to 60 cars, with pricing starting at €3 million (equal to ~$3.6 million), excluding tax.
