A newly established tuner by the name of SWAE has just unveiled a wild bodykit for the McLaren 720S that’s so over-the-top it makes the 765LT’s design seem conservative.
SWAE has used 3D printing extensively to create its bodykit, while also making the most of lightweight carbon fiber parts. Kicking off things is an overhauled front fascia that includes a bespoke bumper with a pronounced splitter and aerodynamic fins on either side. These new parts perfectly complement the car’s carbon fiber ‘eye-sockets’ and the carbon fiber hood.

Elsewhere, SWAE, which also worked with 1016 Industries to develop the kit, has fitted widened front and rear wheel arches. While the front fender flares are relatively subtle, those at the rear are much more pronounced and are matched by new side air intakes that add to the car’s menacing looks.
Rounding out the bodykit is a towering rear wing made from carbon fiber and a unique diffuser. There are also a pair of fins on either side of the rear bumper, while the car sits on a set of custom 10-spoke wheels.
A handful of modifications have also been made to the 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 with the tuner claiming it now pumps out in excess of 900 hp to the rear wheels. Helping to achieve that horsepower gain is a modified exhaust with stainless steel cat delete pipes.
The company has not yet announced how much the complete bodykit will set 720S owners back.
