The latest set from LEGO is perfect for builders who are fans of Dodge and drag racing. The kit features two legends of quarter-mile racing: a 1970 Dodge Challenger T/A and a Mopar Dodge SRT Top Fuel Dragster.
The set is made up of 627 pieces and the Top Fuel dragster is a full 13.5-inches (35 cm) long and 4-inches tall (10 cm). The Challenger, meanwhile, is 5-inches long (16 cm) and 2-inches (5 cm) tall.
Finished in Plum Crazy, a classic Dodge muscle car color, the Challenger is the first purple member of the Lego Speed Champions line. The Top Fuel dragster, meanwhile, features Dodge’s Rumble Bee motif. Also included in the set are two drivers, one male and one female, who may be based on Top Fuel racer Leah Pruett.

“Owning, or aspiring to own, a Dodge muscle car is as much about the lifestyle of joining the Brotherhood of Muscle as it is about the vehicle purchase,” said Tim Kuniskis, Dodge Brand Chief Executive Officer – Stellantis. “As a result, our brand enthusiasts are passionate about all things Dodge, including the latest cool collectibles.”
This set follows the first Dodge set in the LEGO Speed Champions line that was released in 2018. That set also featured a Challenger, albeit a yellow one based on the 2018 model as well as a 1970 Dodge Charger R/T.
“In 2021, we are extremely excited to reteam with Dodge and expand the Speed Champions 8W Vehicle Collection even further by including new vehicle types and building experiences, for the first time, that appeal to vehicle fans of all ages,” said Christopher Stamp, LEGO Design Lead.
The new set goes on sale on June 1 with a retail price of $49.99.
