This is the 2022 Kia Stinger Scorpion Special Edition, a limited-edition variant of the sports sedan that will be offered exclusively in the U.S.
Kia has equipped the Stinger Scorpion Special Edition with blacked-out fender garnish, side mirror caps, and darkened exhaust tips. In addition, the car manufacturer has fitted a unique body-colored rear spoiler and a set of unique 19-inch black wheels that ensure it stands out from other Stinger models. The special edition is available in Snow White Pearl, Aurora Black, and Ceramic Silver.

Some minor tweaks have also been made to the cabin which now sports black or red Nappa leather as well as some new carbon fiber accents.
“Stinger was a wake-up call to a segment long populated by European sport sedans when it debuted in 2017 (as a 2018 model),” president and chief executive of Kia North America and Kia America Sean Yoon said in a statement. “It redefined what enthusiast drivers thought about Kia and proved we could compete against the best vehicles in a hotly contested space. Since then, Stinger has built a loyal following of those looking for something unique and the Scorpion is set to continue that approach.”
Kia will offer the Stinger Scorpion Special Edition in limited batches of 250 units per month. It is available in GT2 RWD and AWD variants, with prices starting at $52,585 for the rear-wheel drive model and $54,785 for the all-wheel drive one, excluding $1,045 in destination charges.
