Say hello to the world’s first 2021 Cadillac Escalade pickup truck and before you ask, no, you cannot walk into your local Cadillac dealership and purchase one.

This unique Caddy has been built by Doms Garage Miami and, actually, it isn’t an Escalade at all. Instead, it is a modified Chevrolet Silverado 1500.

The customization shop has overhauled the look of the pickup by grafting on the front fascia of an Escalade. Doing so wasn’t easy and required a lot of fabrication work, the shop says on Instagram. That’s hardly a surprise given how different the front fascia of a standard Silverado is from the Escalade. Despite this, we think the finished product looks excellent and would go as far as to say that it looks like something Cadillac itself has produced.

Included with the fascia are the headlights, bumper, front grille, and Cadillac emblem of the Escalade. The new looks continue at the rear where there is another Cadillac badge and a unique bumper. Additionally, the truck has been lowered to further add to its unique design.

Doms Garage Miami hasn’t mentioned just how much it costs to transplant the face of an Escalade onto the Silverado but the mod certainly has a transformative effect on the look of the truck.
