Alpha Motor Corporation has officially presented its all-electric Wolf pickup truck and as expected, it looks identical to the renderings released a few months ago.
This display vehicle will be available to view at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles through November and is finished in a dark shade of non-metallic dark blue. The front of the truck immediately catches the eye thanks to a black bull bar with spotlights. Meanwhile, the headlights themselves sit flush with the front fascia.
Elsewhere, it’s impossible to ignore the flared front and rear wheel arches that really give the pickup a unique and imposing presence, as do the wheels and off-road tires. The example picture is a two-door but Alpha is planning an extended cab version dubbed the Wolf+ and a crew cab dubbed the SuperWolf.

The Alpha Wolf is 188 inches (4,775 mm) long, 76 inches (1,930 mm) wide, and 66 inches (1,676 mm) tall and has a 65-inch (1,651 mm) bed. It should also have a towing capacity of 3,000 lbs (1,360 kg).
Alpha hasn’t announced any technical specifications about the Wolf that we didn’t already know about. For example, it can be equipped with a 75-85 kWh battery pack and should have a range of around 275 miles. It will also be available in front- and all-wheel drive configurations and will be able to hit 60 mph (96 km/h) in 6.2 seconds.
The electric vehicle startup acknowledges that the Wolf is still in its early stages and won’t hit the production line until 2023. When it does, it hopes to kick off sales from $36,000 while flagship models will cost around $46,000 before federal EV tax credits.
