Good morning and welcome to our daily digest of automotive news from around the globe, starting with…
Acura Won’t Say How Many Doors The New Integra Will Have
Ever since Acura announced that the Integra was making a return to the market the biggest debate has centred around just how many doors it’ll sport. So far, we’ve only seen a drone-based preview sketch, which did look like it was on the two-door coupe spectrum of design, but isn’t solid enough for us to be sure. Motor1 reached out to find out more, but Acura wasn’t willing to comment, only referring to the new car as a compact premium.
2021 Mazda MX-30 Starts At $33,470, Owners Can Borrow Another Mazda For Up To 10 Days
Mazda’s 2021 MX-30 will start at $33,470, along with a $1,175 destination fee. You also get $500 back in the form of charging credit. Power is from a 35.5 kWh lithium-ion battery, with which the MX-30 gets up to 100 miles (160 km) of range per charge, according to the EPA.
That’s not a lot and makes us think that the MX-30 really needed that presumed-shelved rotary range extender. However, Mazda has also introduced the ‘MX-30 Elite Access Loaner Program.’ The scheme allows MX-30 owners who are planning a longer trip to borrow another Mazda for up to 10 days at a time. This Is What The New Genesis GV60 Looks Like In Black
The Genesis GV60 has already been previewed via promotional shots, but this is what it’ll look like in black — minus the minor camouflage this late prototype is sporting. Underpinned by the E-GMP (Electric-Global Modular Platform) the GV60 will probably be offered with very similar powertrains to its relatives the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6.

C8 Corvette Owner Goes For One Last Drive After Selling It And Wrecks It
I dunno about you, but once a sale is confirmed, I like to stay away from driving the said car until its collected. Sadly that wasn’t the thought process of one C8 driver, who decided to go for one last drive. After gunning it (his words), he lost control and ended up wrecking the ‘Vette. The driver was charged with reckless driving, and mises out on what would have likely been a tidy profit considering the demand for C8s.
