Rather than adding various flashy bits to the exterior of the BMW X1, Dahler chose to keep the upgrades simple, focusing mostly on the engine range.
The agile X1 25i model, which is powered by a 2.0-liter petrol engine, has received a bump in power from 231PS (228hp) and 350Nm (258lb-ft) of torque, to 270PS (266hp) and 420Nm (310lb-ft) of torque.
Still, you don’t need to own the range-topper of the series to qualify for the tuner’s latest upgrades, as these include the 18i and 20i versions of the compact crossover as well, whose output has increased from 140PS (138hp) and 192PS (189hp), to 158PS (156hp) and 223PS (220hp), respectively.
As for the diesel units, the 16d, which normally makes 116PS (114hp), now has 135PS (133hp). Meanwhile, the 18d churns out 174PS (172hp), or 24PS (24hp) more than before. The 20d variant makes do with 226PS (223hp), up from the stock 190PS (187hp), and the 231PS (228hp) 25d model is now good for 260PS (256hp).
Joining the power upgrades are several exhaust systems in various designs and sound tunes, plus lowering springs, and a set of 20-inch alloy wheels for some visual drama.
