Trying to reimagine a supercar as iconic as the Ferrari F50 is never easy but this creation does a pretty good job at it.
This modern-day F50, dubbed Project FENIX, was created by Ugur Sahin Design and was designed to strike a balance between old and new while maintaining the essence of the original. While it remains firmly in the virtual world, it would be cool to see a collector commission a real-life model.

At the front, you may recognize some design elements that have been taken from the F50. Most notable is the hood with two large bonnet vents. The headlights of the F50 have been replaced by a set of narrow lights with an LED daytime running light and sitting above black air intakes.
The Ferrari F50 inspiration is also visible from the side-view of the car. For starters, the roofline is very similar and just like the original, there is a black design line running from the front bumper, along the sides, and finishing at the rear. Ugur Sahin Design has also rendered the car with side reminiscing those of the F50.
The rear is our favorite angle of this car. It includes a huge wing stretching off from the rear quarter panels and whereas the F50 has four simple round taillights, this modern interpretation has four LED taillights neatly incorporated into a black mesh panel. Quad tailpipes are also featured, as is a complex diffuser and an F1-inspired third brake light.
