The driver of a Jeep Gladiator in the U.S. almost took out an innocent motorcyclist earlier this month in the U.S. and the entire near-miss was caught on camera.
Helmet camera footage of the incident was uploaded by the motorcyclist to Reddit where it has gone viral and received more than 100,000 upvotes. The rider is shown cruising along the left lane of a three-lane road when up ahead, a silver Gladiator can be seen turning in front of him.
As the motorcyclist approaches the Jeep, he begins to rev his bike in an attempt to warn the pickup driver that he is approaching. Despite this, the Gladiator’s driver proceeds to do a U-turn in the middle of traffic, cutting off the motorcyclist and forcing him to swerve to the left to avoid slamming into the side of the truck.

Despite the driver of the Gladiator so obviously being in the wrong, he proceeds to get out of the truck and tells the motorcyclist to watch where he was going as he was performing a U-turn. The motorcyclist rightly tells him that he has to wait and can’t simply cut off traffic like he did. Fortunately, the confrontation didn’t turn physical, other than the angered biker (understandably) smacking his hand against the Jeep’s tailgate.
