Exactly one month after revealing the Juke Kiiro special edition, Nissan announced the Micra Kiiro with a similar spec inspired by the upcoming movie “The Batman”. Both limited-production models are already available to order in the UK. The current fifth-gen Micra has been on sale since 2016 and will be the last ICE-powered supermini by Nissan which has already teased its fully electric successor.
Kiiro is Japanese for yellow which explains the yellow accents on the side moldings as well as on the front and rear aprons creating a high contrast with the Echo Grey exterior shade. Other details include black-painted 17-inch alloy wheels, Kiiro stickers on the C-pillar, and rear privacy glass.

The Micra Kiiro is based on the Acenta grade with the Vision pack. Standard equipment includes the 7-inch touchscreen for the NissanConnect infotainment, navigation, black cloth upholstery for the seats, automatic air-condition, power windows, rear parking sensors, and auto headlights.
Like every Micra that is currently available in the UK, the Kiiro is fitted with the turbocharged 1.0-liter three-cylinder petrol engine producing 91 hp (68 kW / 92 PS) and 160 Nm (118 lb-ft) of torque. Power is transmitted to the front axle through a manual gearbox or an optional CVT automatic that adds an extra £1,350 ($1,805) to the base price.
A limited number of 250 units of the Micra Kiiro are available to order in the UK with prices starting from £18,375 ($24,580) for the manual and from £19,725 (26,384) for the CVT. Nissan also announced UK pricing for the 500 units of the Juke Kiiro that starts from £24,350 ($32,572) for the manual and from £25,850 ($34,576) for the DCT automatic.
