Hot on the heels of the new-generation Ford Everest being unveiled for the Asia Pacific and Africa, many have wondered if the car manufacturer will release a potent Raptor variant, prompting this rendering.
Ford says that it doesn’t currently have plans to introduce an Everest Raptor but if there’s enough demand for such a model, that may change. Were a Raptor model to look anything like this, we think it could prove to be quite popular, particularly in Australia where the new Everest was designed and will be sold.

In adding some extra flair to the Everest, SRK Designs started out by equipping it with a black grille fitting of a Raptor-badged model. The front bumper and skid plate of the Ranger Raptor were then grafted onto the front of the Everest, immediately providing it with a more striking and muscular appearance.
SRK Designs then designed the Everest to sport the same wheels as the Ranger Raptor, as well as the same matte black plastic fender flares. The side steps have also been revived to have a slightly more rugged appearance and a pair of black air vents have been attached to the hood. Completing the look are black wing mirrors and a black roof to contrast the red paint.
If Ford does ever decide to build an Everest Raptor, it would likely fit the vehicle with the same twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 as the new Ranger Raptor. In Europe, this engine pumps out 284 hp and 362 lb-ft (491 Nm) of torque but in Australia, it is good for a much more impressive 392 hp and 430 lb-ft (583 Nm).
