This Aston Martin Vantage might be the perfect blend of outrageous and reserved. It’s covered in Kermit Green (yes that’s the actual name of the paint on the window sticker) but features a pure black interior and, let’s face it, the Vantage isn’t the flashiest sports car when it comes to its design. This particular one also features more than $50,000 worth of options too.
One of them is the ‘Q-Special’ paint option which cost the original owner $6,380. Sounds worth it for such a unique hue on this type of car. It’s not the most expensive option though. No, that’s the carbon brake discs which cost $10,700 all by themselves.
Amazingly, the ‘Exterior Black Collection,’ in other words the trim, cost more than the paint at a whopping $7,200. Still, this car isn’t just special because of all the options. The Vantage is a great car all on its own and Cars And Bids’ Doug DeMuro points that out in his take on the listing.

“Now this is really cool!!! I LOVE the current-generation Aston Martin Vantage, as it’s an impressive sports car with gorgeous styling and lots of power… It’s also unmodified aside from a window tint, and it boasts low mileage, dry-climate ownership, and a clean, accident-free Carfax report. If you’re looking for a fantastic exotic car that will certainly stand out from the crowd, this is the one!”
The twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 under the hood is provided by AMG. In the Aston Martin it makes 503 hp and sends it to the rear wheels exclusively via an eight-speed automatic transmission. It also features an electronic rear differential and torque vectoring for better handling of tight corners.
Interestingly, the current owner has only had the car since October and has driven it just a couple of hundred miles. According to the listing, there’s still an outstanding loan on the car, and proceeds from the sale will go towards paying off that loan before the title is transferred to the buyer.
As an added bonus, the Vantage will come with a certified pre-owned warranty that covers the car until August of 2023. What do you think of this bright British sports car? Does the vibrant paint take away from its cool factor or is it the right blend to you?
