Miami Residents Still Angry About Grand Prix, Judge Wants Proof That The Race Could Cause Injury
Formula 1 will soon make history by racing in Florida later this year. But some residents near the Miami track aren’t happy and have filed a motion against the race organizers. The claimants take issue with the noise, while a judge has asked them to prove that the levels would be severe enough to suffer injury. Regardless of the outcome, if they think the latest generation of cars is loud, we’d hate to hear what they’d have to say about the V8 or V10 eras.
F… No! Lexus Says This LC Coupe Teaser Is Not An F Model But An Inspiration Series
A shadowy teaser with a large “F” at the back made us wonder if Lexus was trying to show us a new GT3 or LC F. But, after some digging, we found out that it was a less exciting prospect. A Lexus spokesperson told us that the teaser previews Lexus’ LC Inspiration Series. However, that doesn’t tally with the most recent LC Inspiration series that lacked the bulged hood and rear spoiler seen in this teaser. Furthermore, the Lexus Racing USA account tagged several of its racing drivers in the post, with the caption “Highest expression of performance.”

EV models will be further differentiated with a special badge on the front bumper.
Auto Industry Between A Rock And A Hard Place With Regard To Russian Workers
Multiple automakers are struggling to decide what to do with the ongoing Russian crisis. The war on Ukraine has led to many international brands leaving Russia, with General Motors selling its manufacturing plants and laying off workers at its commercial offices. Stellantis has suspended production, but tire-maker Continental has decided to resume production, as employees could face prosecution if local demand isn’t met.
Could This Stretched Out Ferrari Roma Be A Mule For The Front-Engine V12 Successor To The 812?
A Ferrari test mule spotted driving around Maranello could serve as a prototype in the development of an 812 Superfast successor. Such a car has not yet been confirmed, but it could be that this Roma-looking mule features a new V12 under the stretched nose — and such an engine is rumored to appear in the Italian carmaker’s first-ever SUV, the Purosangue.
Hyundai To Test Solar Tonneau Cover And Portable Battery Pack On Santa Cruz
Hyundai is the latest carmaker to dabble with the installation of solar panels on its vehicles, with the company teaming up with Worksport. Fitted to a Hyundai Santa Cruz pickup, the solar tonneau cover can generate up to 650 watts of power, which is fed into Worksport’s energy storage system. More interestingly, the companies agreed on a tentative timeline in regards to a “yet to be announced vehicle,” too.
Overconfident Teen Drives Honda CR-V Directly Into Light Pole
While usually, an empty parking lot is a great way to have some fun without hitting anyone, you’ve always got to keep an eye out for those pesky light poles. In a clip that was first posted to TikTok, we can see a young individual pushing a Honda CR-V to understeer at every opportunity. That understeer led to the CR-V careering head-first into a light pole, resulting in, what we’re sure you’ll agree was, a very heavy impact.
