Ferrari’s Tailor Made program is one of the most extensive car customization services in the industry, and it’s spawned some incredibly gorgeous vehicles over the years. However, limitless customization options means there’s also no limit to how obscure a customer can spec their car, and this $475,000 Ferrari F8 Tributo for sale at Ferrari Beverly Hills is a prime example of that.
The Ferrari‘s exterior is finished in Rosso Dino, which is technically red, but it has enough yellow in it to come out looking more like orange. The brake calipers are finished in gold, though, so regardless of whether you consider the paint red or orange, they still don’t quite match. That being said, if we just looked at the exterior alone, the car honestly wouldn’t be that bad.

However, as the famous saying goes, it’s often what’s on the inside that counts, and that’s the truth in the most literal sense with this F8 Tributo. The cabin of the Ferrari is finished in combination of Blu Sterling and Giallo (Yellow), and if you didn’t have any pictures of the interior to actually see the colors, you might figure it’s not that bad. At first, one might assume it’s either blue with yellow stitching or vice versa, but that’s not the case at all. Instead, the original owner of the car decided to adorn the interior with essentially a 50/50 split of the two colors.

The entire upper half of the dashboard and door cards, as well as the floor, are finished in blue. Gracing the bottom half of the dashboard and door cards is yellow upholstery, and the Daytona seats are also yellow with blue striping and a blue prancing horse embroidered into the headrests. No matter how you look at it, this interior just doesn’t work. Combine the whole thing together, and you’ve got a mess of a color scheme that just makes you wonder why the original owner chose it in the first place.
But what do you think? Could the odd spec of this Ferrari be overlooked for the performance and theater of its 710 hp (720 PS / 530 kW) twin-turbo V8? Let us know in the comments.
