Jaguar has launched a configurator for the all-new I-Pace.
While the U.S. configurator doesn’t have pricing information, it reveals the entry-level I-Pace S will come nicely equipped with LED headlights, a panoramic glass roof and 18-inch alloy wheels. The model will also have a leather-wrapped sport steering wheel, a two-zone automatic climate control system and eight-way power front seats with Luxtec upholstery.
On the tech front, drivers will find a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a passive entry system and an assortment of USB charging ports. The model also has a Touch Pro Duo system which includes a 10-inch infotainment system and a 5-inch display for climate control features. Despite its entry-level status, the I-Pace S has a host of driver assistance systems including lane keep assist, park assist and a traffic sign recognition system with an adaptive speed limiter.
Moving up to the I-Pace SE rewards buyers with a modestly revised exterior that includes a powered tailgate, auto-dimming mirrors, 20-inch wheels and LED headlights with integrated daytime running lights. The model also has leather seats, blind spot assist and an adaptive cruise control system with a stop and go function.
The I-Pace HSE is even more luxurious as it boasts Windsor leather seats and a Meridian surround sound system with 15 speakers.
Drivers who want the best of everything can order the I-Pace First Edition which comes loaded with features such as a heated steering wheel and a four-zone climate control system. The model also has a head-up display and 18-way power front seats with heating and ventilation.
An assortment of different options will be available including a carbon fiber exterior package and four different interior trims. Lower spec models can also be equipped with some of the premium features found on higher-end variants.
Regardless of which model is selected, all I-Paces have a 90 kWh lithium-ion battery and two electric motors. This setup gives the model all-wheel drive as well as a combined output of 394 hp (293 kW) and 512 lb-ft (693 lb-ft) of torque. In terms of performance, the crossover can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds, hit a top speed of 124 mph (199 km/h) and travel up to 240 miles (386 km) on a single charge.
