A U.S. car manufacturer will likely never produce a vehicle like the Dodge Viper ACR ever again, making the track-focused supercar an ideal candidate for a future collectible. This particular example is one of the finest we’ve recently come across on the used car market.
This particular Viper has been listed up for sale through Bring a Trailer and is a 2016 model finished in GTS-R Blue Pearl. It has spent time in Texas, New York, Mississippi, Montana, and Illinois and is being offered with 4,700 miles (7,563 km) on the clock, a window sticker, two key fobs, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Ohio title.

All examples of the Viper ACR are special but this one has been equipped with the optional Extreme Aero Package that adds a new hood with detachable louvers, an extended carbon fiber front splitter, four aerodynamic canards, an adjustable dual-element rear wing, and a carbon fiber rear diffuser. It is one of the most dramatic-looking performance cars you’ll see in the U.S. and compared to some European rivals, is relatively affordable.
Other key features of the car include staggered-width 19-inch wheels finished in satin black and complete with 295/25 front and 355/30 rear Kumho Ecsta V720 tires. The car also features 10-way adjustable suspension, a five-mode electronic stability control system, and launch control. Bringing the car to a halt are Brembo brake calipers with slotted carbon-ceramic discs at all four corners.
Found in the cabin of the car is black leather and Alcantara upholstery with white contrast stitching. Despite the Viper ACR Extreme’s track-focused nature, it does have some creature comforts like automatic climate control, power-adjustable pedals, cruise control, and an 8.4-inch infotainment system.
The listing reveals that a handful of upgrades have been made to the 8.4-liter naturally-aspirated V10, including the fitment of an Arrow Racing Engines camshaft, new cylinder heads, and an aftermarket exhaust.
