Brazen Thieves Steal Catalytic Converters From Marked Police Cars Outside SWAT Team HQ In San Francisco

It takes some guts to steal from a cop car, but lifting catalytic converters from four separate marked police vehicles sounds very bold. Nevertheless, that’s exactly what happened outside a SWAT Team HQ In San Fransico. “The people engaging in this activity really don’t think much of the police if they think they can steal catalytic converters from the best of us,” said an SFPD higher-up to Mission Local.

2024 Ford Mustang Lands With BMW-Style Digital Dash, Manual Box And A 5.0 V8 You Can Rev From The Keyfob

The Ford Mustang is going against the grain set by the upcoming Dodge EV Charger by retaining an internal combustion powerplant, with no hint of a hybrid model in the works for the latest generation of the pony car. However, it’s likely this could be the final time we get an all-ICE Mustang, which continues to retain a V8 engine and the option of a manual box. You can also get a 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder as before, while the updated styling feature a longer roofline, wider rear arches, and differing grilles depending on the engine ordered.

Ferrari’s First Family Car Is The 715-HP V12 Purosangue Crossover

Having held out for quite a while, Ferrari has finally recognized the requirement for an SUV in its lineup. Dubbed the Purosangue, the five-door Fezza won’t disappoint fans of outright performance. It features a V12 in the front with 715 hp (725 PS) and 528 lb-ft (716 Nm) of torque for a top speed of 193 mph (310 km/h) and a 0–62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 3.3 seconds. You also get things like hill decent control and electronically controlled multimatic spool-valve dampers to ensure it has some capability when smooth tarmac ends. But, with prices expected to start at around $400,000, it’s also substantially more expensive than other super SUVs on the market.

New Pagani Utopia Is 852-HP Of Manual-Shift Hypercar Heaven

The new 2023 Pagani Utopia is here to replace the Huyara, featuring a blend of new design and tech features coupled with the elements that make Pagani an iconic supercar maker. The Utopia features a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V12 from Mercedes-AMG that develops 852 hp (864 PS) and 811 lb-ft (1,100 Nm) of torque all the way from 2,800-5,900 rpm. There’s a choice of manual or automated single-clutch transmissions and “semi-active” suspension. Meanwhile, this new hypercar complies with all global emissions regulations, which hopefully means North American sales are allowed following the demise of the Huyara on safety grounds.
