It’s the end of an era at Jaguar as the company has announced plans to phase out the F-Type, and wave goodbye to ICE-powered sports cars in the process.
To celebrate the car’s final model year and the 75th anniversary of Jaguar sports cars, the company will offer F-Type 75 and F-Type R 75 special editions.
Both see a handful of special touches including an available Giola Green metallic paint job. Elsewhere, there are front fender badges that depict the F-Type’s “unmistakable silhouette.” Buyers will also find LED headlights and 20-inch wheels with a gloss black finish.

Moving into the cabin, there’s stainless steel sill plates and a silhouette motif above the infotainment system. Buyers will also find Windsor leather performance seats, a suedecloth headliner, and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. Last but not least, the cabin has been outfitted with the Black Pack.
There will be slight differences depending on the market, but the F-Type 75 will be offered with either a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder or a supercharged 5.0-liter V8. The former develops 296 hp (221 kW / 300 PS), while the latter produces 444 hp (331 kW / 450 PS).
The range-topping F-Type R 75 features the supercharged V8 with an increased output of 567 hp (423 kW / 575 PS) and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) of torque. This enables the model to rocket from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 3.5 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 186 mph (299 km/h).
Speaking of performance, the special editions have Adaptive Dynamics and “rear knuckles made from light, stiff aluminum die castings, which, together with larger wheel bearings deliver absolute precision control of the tire contact patch, translating to even more connected steering feel.” Both models also have an electronic active rear differential, while the R 75 goes a step further with revised upper ball joints that “significantly increase camber and toe stiffness.”
In the United Kingdom, pricing starts at £78,330 for the P450 AWD 75 Coupe and climbs to £102,870 for the P575 AWD R 75 Coupe. The roadster, on the other hand, starts at £88,880 and jumps to £108,065 for the R 75 variant.
