The E24 BMW 6-Series is widely regarded as both a handsome car as well as one that’s quite nice to be behind the wheel of. Taking that premise up a notch is the Alpina B7 Turbo Coupe/1, and now you can own one for yourself.

Up for sale at RM Sotheby’s Miami auction, the car is expected to sell for between $90,000 and $110,000, but it’s not because it has low mileage. It’s actually rather well-used with 122,902 km (76,368 mi) on the odometer. That high price comes mostly from its rarity: Alpina reportedly only made 110 units of the B7 Turbo Coupe/1 from 1984 to 1987, and this one is number 58.

The car is finished in Diamond Black paint, which is complemented by gold pinstripe graphics Rounding off the color scheme are the silver Alpina multispoke wheels, which join the Alpina body kit as one of the key differentiating factors over the normal 6-Series. Inside, the cabin is upholstered in black leather and features Recaro sport seats up front. Some interior amenities include a power sunroof and electronically heated, green-tinted windows among other things.

The 3.5L turbocharged inline-six under the hood makes 334 hp (339 PS / 249 kW), a figure that’s quite respectable even by today’s standards. That power was sent exclusively to the rear wheels through a Getrag five-speed manual, which was this car’s only transmission option. Other mechanical upgrades include new Bilstein suspension, ventilated brake discs, and a 25-percent locking differential.
