The Polaris Slingshot is a quirky three-wheeler and it’s getting a handful of updates for 2023.
While the changes aren’t drastic, the company is embracing customization as the model sports new colorways as well as more than 50 new painted accessories.
Speaking of accessories, the company will offer a new RAM X-Grip mount that securely holds smartphones to the top of the dashboard. Also new for 2023 is a rearview mirror for models outfitted with the Excursion top.

Staying inside, the available 7-inch infotainment system features an enhanced user experience. Polaris didn’t elaborate, but the system features Apple CarPlay compatibility as well as Bluetooth and USB connectivity. The range-topping Slingshot R goes even further with GPS navigation as well as connected services.
The entry-level Slingshot S starts at $21,499 which is $700 more than its predecessor. It features a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that develops 178 hp (133 kW / 180 PS) and 120 lb-ft (163 Nm) of torque. The engine is paired to a five-speed manual, but an automated gearbox is available for an extra $1,850.
The better-equipped Slingshot SL starts at $27,499 for 2023, but customers might want to upgrade to the $30,399 Slingshot SLR as it features a more powerful engine with 203 hp (151 kW / 206 PS) and 144 lb-ft (195 Nm) of torque. The engine also comes standard on the range-topping Slingshot R, which begins at $33,999.
