One of the most gorgeous Ferrari LaFerrari models ever built is heading to auction on January 26 thanks to RM Sotheby’s.
As the automaker’s flagship hybrid hypercar, the LaFerrari is a true automotive great and with just 499 examples produced, each is hugely desirable. However, this example is one of the very finest because of the stunning Blu Elettrico paint adorning its exterior. It is also sitting on a set of gray magnesium wheels and has black brake calipers and a gloss black roof.

The listing notes that this is the only LaFerrari painted in Blu Elettrico with a Crema full leather interior. It was delivered new to Ferrari of Seattle in December 2014 before the keys were handed over to Greg Whitten, a noted North American car collector who sold his 1962 250 GTO through RM Sotheby’s in August 2018 for $48.4 million, the highest price ever achieved for a Ferrari at a public auction.
Since taking delivery, Whitten has covered just 3,186 miles (5,127 km) in the hypercar, the last 700 miles (1,126 km) of which were covered by his collection management company. The LaFerrari also received a ‘Yellow Book’ from Ferrari Classiche.
While the blue color of the Ferrari may be its most striking element, we think the interior is even more stunning thanks to the Crema leather adorning the seats, door handles, and lower half of the dashboard. The cabin also features plenty of areas bathed in black Alcantara and naked carbon fiber.
The auction house expects it to sell for between $4 million and $4.5 million.
