Bentley may be owned by the VW Group but it is a proudly British company and has used the coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla to craft a series of limited edition cabin cushions for a fleet of special Bentley models.
The cabin cushions were produced in four colors known as Cricketball, Cumbrian Green, Imperial Blue, and Saddle and feature Beluga, Porpoise, Newmarket Tan, and Imperial Blue accent piping to really stand out. Each cushion also features a hand-stitched emblem celebrating the coronation of King Charles III scheduled for May 6, 2023.
Bentley says each emblem consists of two separate thread counts and that three days and four iterations of embroidery processing were required to make things perfect. All of the cushions use hides sourced from Northern Europe that are inspected before being cut, stitched, shaped, and finished entirely by hand.

Interestingly, the cushions are not available for Bentley customers to purchase and have instead been created for five of Bentley’s press cars, including two Bentayga EWB models, two Bentayga Hybrids, and another Bentley the carmaker simply described as a “highly bespoke” model.
In creating the special cabin cushions, Bentley took inspiration from the cushions in the 1958 S1 Continental Flying Spur currently found in its Heritage Collection.
The unveiling of these cushions comes just a week after Bentley announced a series of updates for the Continental GT and GTC in its Azure trim. While the updates are small, they include a new grille with vertical chrome vanes as well as the same set of 22-inch ten-spoke wheels from the Flying Spur Azure, offered in either a black or bright machined finish. Bentley has also refreshed the Flying Spur S and Speed with a new matrix front grille, distinctive 22-inch wheels, and Granite-colored brightwear.
