Spy photographers recently snapped the 2025 BMW M4 Convertible and now they’ve caught the facelifted 4-Series Coupe.
Dressed in swirly camouflaged, the updated M440i is instantly recognizable as the front bumper appears to carryover untouched. It remains unclear if the grille has been changed, but we can expect new headlights that are similar to those found on the facelifted 3-Series.
Additional changes are limited as the rear bumper also appears to be shared with the current model. That being said, the taillights feature new graphics despite having a familiar shape. These are incredibly minor updates and it’s possible the upcoming production model could have more extensive changes.

We shouldn’t expect many updates in the cabin as the current model was recently outfitted with a Curved Display, which consists of a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch infotainment system. The car also received a minimalist gear selector and steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters.
Engine options remain unconfirmed, but we can expect a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 255 hp (190 kW /259 PS) and 294 lb-ft (398 Nm) of torque. It may be joined by a familiar 3.0-liter six-cylinder producing 382 hp (285 kW / 387 PS) and 364 lb-ft (493 Nm) of torque.
BMW has been tight-lipped about the facelifted coupe and convertible, but they’re expected to debut early next year.
