The ‘Last Call’ for the Dodge Charger and Challenger continues and this time it’s a long-distance call as two special editions are headed to Europe.

The latest muscle cars to travel overseas are the Charger R/T Scat Pack Swinger and Challenger R/T Scat Pack Swinger. They follow the Challenger Shakedown and the Challenger Black Ghost, which arrived earlier this year.

Drawing inspiration from the past, the special editions are based on the R/T Scat Pack Widebody and feature an F8 Green or Sublime Green exterior. The styling tweaks don’t end there as the models are equipped with “Swinger” graphics, “Gold School” accents, and 20-inch Gold School wheels that are backed up by a beefy braking system with black six-piston Brembo calipers. Buyers will also find special badging and a painted Shaker intake on the Challenger.

The green theme continues in the cabin as there’s green accents on the Nappa leather and Alcantara seats. They’re joined by Mod Grain faux wood trim, green contrast stitching, and a green Swinger badge on the dash.

Dodge didn’t say much else about the cars, but they’re powered by a 6.4-liter HEMI V8 pumping out 485 hp (362 kW / 492 PS). They’re connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission that sends power to the rear wheels.

Only 55 units are headed to Europe and interested parties will apparently have to apply for one of the models, be evaluated, and then be presented with pricing. If they decide to move forward with the process, they’ll then be put in touch with a local Dodge dealer, schedule a visit, and then receive a final quote. That’s a lot of hoops and it sounds like current owners may receive preferential treatment.
